Companies Looking for Gig Workers
Post your job – Whether you’re looking for a new website, or someone to help revamp your marketing efforts, post on our job board to connect with local talent. Your job will be posted automatically to our gig board, and local talent will be able to begin applying for the gig.
Peruse our Local Talent Directory – Don’t want to wait for applications to come in? Check out the portfolios of local talent in our directory, and reach out directly.
Check Out Your Applicants – You’ll receive an email notification every time someone applies for your gig. You can also sign into your account on Redding Gig Board to monitor all of your applications.
Hire Your Local Partner – Found a partner you love? It’s up to you to take it from here! We advise consulting with a lawyer or hr consultant to ensure you have the proper contracts in place to work with gig-based employees.
Freelance & Gig Workers
Sign Up for an Account – Apply to get access to our job boards and be able to apply for gigs! Only requirement is you are a resident of Shasta County.
Fill out your profile – Once approved, we will push your profile LIVE to our directory. Make sure you have all of portfolio information and otherwise in your profile so that businesses can contact you directly if they love your work.
Check out the gig listings – Take a look at all of the local companies hiring for projects and looking for local talent on our gig board. You will not be able to apply until your account is in the zoom.
Apply, apply, apply! – See a gig you’d love to land? Apply via the posting on our job board. Make sure to let them know why you’d be the perfect fit!
